I bought this mattress a week ago, since then I have not been able to sleep, I wake up every morning with back pain that doesn't let me function throughout my day. I bought it thinking it was the best decision based on the prestigious background and reviews but I didn't know how much damage to my health this would cause me; my sleep experience is terrible and all I do is tossing and turning all night trying to get some rest and alleviate the pain I have on my middle back, hip and shoulders.
I'm very disappointed with this mattress purchase. Would not recommend to anyone, do your due diligence research before buying it, don't believe reviews that talk highly about this mattress.

We really wanted to enjoy this mattress, but it was still too firm for us. When I initially sit/lay on it seemed super soft and like it molded to me, but sleeping on it my pressure points are sore 😢
If you prefer a little firmer mattress then it may be great for you.

I am writing this review after using this mattress for 2 years; It felt good for the first 1 yr; Now when I sleep on this bed it sinks by 40%; I have got a firm bed but it feels too light and not comfortable if you have back issues. Tempurpedic warranty and customer service forget about it; You just buy a new MATTRESS;

My old TempurPedic was 25 years old and ready to be replaced. The new mattresses are completely different in all ways, except comfort. Way back when, there was no soft, med, firm choice. My new medium is firmer than I expected, but I am sleeping well. It will be an adjustment during the break in period. Quality is still superlative !

My experience with the foundation and the medium hybrid mattress has been very positive so far. It does not remove all of my aches and pains, so I am still in the "seeing if I will keep it forever" phase, but it certainly looks promising. It did help me with quite a few of my aches and pains and I am able to sleep a lot better than before. I trust the foundation more than other foundations i have had. One foundation I had from another company splintered into my old mattress. Not so with the Tempurpedic. I greatly recommend Tempurpedic and the money is worth it for the trusted flagship brand.

I am enjoying a good night's sleep compared to my old box spring mattress. It took awhile to figure out which pillow works with the bed, though. I started to notice about 6 months in that the middle of the bed started to sag. You can't tell by looking at it but noticeable when laying down. I use a bed cover that I wash often so not sure if this could have been avoided.

The start off this is not a king size mattress that they are claiming to be the size is a lot smaller because none of my sheets fit and they are king size sheets that I've had since the last day. This is the second bed I've gone through within a year because it collapse in the center there is such a big sag on one end and has happened with the last one I had also and they replaced it with a new one and the same thing is happening. I would not ever ever ever recommend Tempur-pedic they're not like they used to be 20 years, ago they sell junk!!!!!

This is a horrible horrible mattress it's-sags on one end and the other side as hard as a rock it's 3 inches smaller than the king size they claiming to be, out of every king size sheet I have my sheet swimming on this bed, that's just to start off with this is the second mattress I've had with them in the past year and every one of them sag at one end depending on where you sleep and where you don't sleep it is hard as a rock. This is a horrible mattress I would not recommend it to anyone. Denying a new one knowing it's their mistake not mine It's just inconceivable.

I would not recommend this mattress to anybody this is the second one I have gotten through them and everyone has sagged making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. This mattress has 3 inches smaller than the king size they are claiming it to be every king size sheet I own just swims on this mattress, so what they're claiming to do is sell a king size mattress to you and all reality it's not this is a horrible mattress this is the second one I have received through them and everyone of them turned out to be a horrible mattress to sleep on just totally sagging and I thought a warranty claim and they denied me unjustifiable! I showed them all the pictures they wanted to see they wanted me to take my mattress off my bed so I could take a picture of the bedframe I am a 70-year-old woman who lives alone and my husband died so there is no way I could've taken that mattress off the bed let alone getting it back on if I did. They make it so hard for you to file a claim just so they can deny it, would not recommend this product at all

Within the first week, I found that sitting on the edge made the edge soft-- it literally almost crumbled when I sat on the edge of the(which I need to do for my exercises).
After about a month, I found that where I lay down the mattress created what I call a hole --it feels lumpy and I cannot turn over easily-- much shifting and juggling to turn over.
I plan to put in a warranty claim but don't hold out much hope of a resolution.

This is by far the best mattress I've ever owned! The only other mattresses that even come close in quality are an older Tempur-Pedic I had and the Beautyrest Black series. I actually returned a Helix mattress for this one, and I have zero regrets.
The comfort and support are next level-it contours perfectly without feeling too soft or too firm. Honestly, I sleep so well on this mattress that I almost don't want to get out of bed in the morning! If you're looking for unmatched quality and comfort, this is 100% worth it.

I had an original Tempur Pedic bed, and when the time came to replace it - I asked what was comparable to my first mattress. I was told the Adapt medium was the bed for me. After just over a year and a few month the mattress is sagging -even though I bought the Tempur Pedic foundation to support it. This mattress has been the worst mattress purchase I have made. I won't be buying another one!

In general this mattress was more firm than I anticipated based on the showroom model. But thankfully after a full month of sleeping on it that mattress has broken in and is now absolutely amazing. Still more firm than my previous mattress that I loved BUT I can tell based how I feel when I wake up that this is the proper support I need. And for the first time in years I sleep all the way through the night. At only 11" thick I'd suggest finding the most elastic fitted sheet you can, as the Tempur-Pedic sheets I also got are far too big for it.

After four years with the mattress I can no longer sleep in my side. I wake up everyday with an strong back pain. It seems the mattress got softer in my side and doesn't support my spine straight. I have to sleep in the middle of my king mattress. I applied to the warranty and the company refused it because the mattress doesn't have the 3'4 indentation they required. I told them that as a memory foam mattress it comes back to the natural position when you are not on it and it's difficult to see the indentation but not too feel it. I don't recommend this mattress at all, it causes you health issues in your spine after certain time of using it.

Within 20 days of sleeping on the mattress we contacted tempurpedic because of noticeable sagging/indentations where we sleep. Our claim has been denied because it does not meet the minimum required amount of measured sagging. Yet the fact there is any sagging at all within the first 20 days doesn't seem to matter (neither my husband nor I are large people). We are, regrettably, a repeat customer and will no longer be promoting the tempurpedic product. We are completely disgusted with the service and responses received by the warranty team - who emphasize they provide exceptional customer service - something we have yet to experience.

Instant reaction to my body as I climbed on and I was really surprised how it made my body feel at ease, especially my lower back in which I've had several nerve blocks but and this has taken a load off of my body & my mind. That first night was the best rest I've had in a very long time and now love getting into my bed because I look forward to being comfortable. I really can't think of anything I don't like about (my mattresse). Also I purchased the TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Base and let me tell you with this setup I can really appreciate all the possibilities of positions that can be achieved & it will spoil you using the O Gravity positions which is just 1 push of a button and for me much needed comfort so I couldn't and won't never go back. My wife has the same setup like myself & we have a Split king so it's so seperate remote controllers for our personal needs but we're still sleeping on the same bed together. Wish we had discovered this special mattresses and adjustable base years ago.

My previous spring mattress was 15 years old and it was definitely time for a change. I chose tempur pedic because of its reputation. We went with the hybrid because my husband is heavy and has dementia. I was afraid he would slip off if he sat on the side a fully foam the bed. I was right. Even this one indents a little more than I'd like for him, but we wouldn't have been comfortable on the firmer option.
My first night sleeping on this bed was heaven! I have had hip bursitis off and on and this mattress allows me to sleep on my side without pain. Wonderful!
